A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO.
77-72 , AWARDING A BID FOR AQUATIC
WEED DESTRUCTION CHEMICALS.
WHEREAS, the City Council dial, by Resolution No. 77-72
award a bid to Southern Mill Creek Products for aquatic weed
destruction chemicals; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reconsidered the mattet and
deems it in the best interest of the Citizens of the City of Tamarac
to repeal Resolution 77-72 awarding the bid for aquatic weed
destruction on chemicals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution 77-72 awarding a bid for aquatic
weed destruction chemicals is hereby repealed.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
