CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
CASH BOND POSTED BY WOODMONT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY.*
WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $500. 00 was
posted by Woodmont Construction Company to guarantee com-
pletion of the irrigation system at Woodmont Country Club;
and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has made
final inspection and has recommended release of said
bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release
said bond;
NOW THERE FORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond in the amount of
$500.00 posted by Woodmont Construction Company to guaran-
tee completion of the irrigation system at Woodmont Country
Club is hereby released.
I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT I have
approved the form and correct-
ness of this RESOLUTION.
