CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. <, _� 7-10?
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL REQUESTING
A PROBE INTO ORGANIZED CRIME IN BROWARD COUNTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the City Council on behalf of the citizens
of the City of Tamarac does hereby request that the Congressional
Senate Investigating Committee now assigned to the task of the
investigation of organized crime in the United States immediately
implement a task force investigation into organized crime in
Broward County.
SECTION 2:
That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
transmit copies of this Resolution to all appropriate governmental
agencies.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
