CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. #R 7%// 2-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND AND A CASH BID BOND POSTED
BY SANCHEZ EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR THE INSTAL-
LATION OF TWO GASOLINE STORAGE TANKS AT THE
PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY.
WHEREAS, a cash performance bond and a cash bid bond in
the amount of $5,000.00 and $694.15 respectively for the installation
of two gasoline storage tanks at the Public Works Facility, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has made final inspec-
tion of this project and has found that the work complies with all the
requirements of the City and recommends to the City Council that the
bonds be released, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of releasing said
bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a cash performance bond and a cash bid bond
in the amounts of $5,000.00 and $694.15 respectively covering the instal-
lation of two gasoline storage tanks at the Public Works Facility posted
by Sanchez Equipment Company is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of ,1977.
