CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. k - 7-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SUBSTITUTE WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY
TAMARAC UTILITIES, INC. COVERING WORK
AT ST. MALACHY'S CHURCH.
WHEREAS, a substitute warranty bond in the amount of
$6,500.00 was posted by Tamarac Utilities, Inc. covering work
at St. Malachy'sChurch, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release this bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the substitute warranty bond in the
amount of $6,500.00 posted by Tamarac Utilities, Inc. for work
performed at St. Malachy's Church is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS day of C � , 1977.
