A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR ONE (1) VAN
TYPE VEHICLE, MINIMUM TEN (10) PASSENGER
CAPACITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac, Florida has heretofore advertised
for bids for (1) Van Type Vehicle Minimum 10 Passenger Capacity,and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received bids for same and is
desirous of awarding the bid for One (1) Van Type Vehicle to the
lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Luke Potter Dodge, of Winter Park
Florida, in the amount of $7,223.49, with promised delivery in 60-
75 days after receipt of contract however, if a 1977 model is not
available from the factory, the bidder offers an alternative of a
1978 model at a complete price of $7,729.13, with promised delivery
in December of 1977, for one (1) Van Type Vehicle, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby
approved.
