CITY OF TAMARAC, FLROIDA
RESOLUTION NO. %%
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF LETTERS
OF CREDIT POSED BY TAMARAC--LAUDERHILL CONGREGATION
OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES.
WHEREAS, Letters of Credit in the amounts of $2,496.25 off
site, $3,125.00 site preparation, $3,8856.25 on -site drainage,
totaling $9,477.50 were posted by Tamarac -Lauderhill Congregation
of Jehovah's Witnesses, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said Letters of Credit subject to receipt
of a 25% substitute letter of credit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said Letters
of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letters of Credit in the total amount
of $9,477.50 posted by Tamarac -Lauderhill Congregation of
Jehovah's Witnesses is hereby released subject to receipt of a
substitute letter of credit in the amount of $1,895.50, which is
250 of the actual cost of off -site, and on -site drainage and site
preparation.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this _day of , 1977.

Council agreed to permit Jehovah's Witnesses to replace a Letter of Credit in amount
post
of $34,821.91 for on -site improve-nents and/ -the substitute Letter of Credit in amount
of $1,895.50 via one Letter of Credit in amount of $36,717.41 (BT=0032.) &k
