CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.#R-27 2.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
CASH BOND POSTED BY SOUTHGATE GARDENS.
WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $200.00 was posted by
Southgate Gardens to guarantee removal of a sign at that project, and
WHEREAS, said sign has been re -located thus meeting the
Council requirements, and
WHEREAS, Council now wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond in the amount of $200.00 posted
by Southgate Gardens is hereby released. 1.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
