CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. #R 77-- 130
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT TO FILL A VACANCY CREATED BY THE
RESIGNATION OF N. EDMUND IOVANNA.
WHEREAS, N. Edmund Iovanna has resigned as member of the
Board of -Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted said resignation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of filling the
vacancy created by said resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That
be and he is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustment
for a term to expire with all the power and
duties thereof.
SECTION 2: That said member of the Board of Adjustment may be
removed from office for cause by the City Council upon written
charges and after public hearing.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7 day of , 1977.
