CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R -% - / 3
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR GARBAGE
AND TRASH COLLECTIONS IN RESIDENTIAL AREA
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids fdr Garbage
and Trash collection in residential areas, and
WHEREAS, The City Council is desirous of awarding the bid for
Garbage and Trash collection in residential areas to the lowest
and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid ofZY4—t'�__a�
for Garbage and Trash collection in residential a eas, specifically
defined as single family, duplex, triplex and town house areas
(R-1, R-1B, R-1C, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-3U zones), for a oZ year
contract, in the amount of $ 3- 66 per month, is hereby approved
and a copy of such is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.

is submitted with the additional provision that in the
event the cost of operations to bidder, including fees

the contract, that the bidder may renegotiate with
the City the terms of the contract.
