CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.13- 3S--
A RESOLUTION RE -APPOINTING WILLIAMS, HATFIELD
AND STONER, INC. AS CITY ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the firm of Williams, Hatfield and Stoner, Inc. has
served the City of Tamarac initially as City Engineer and subse-1.
quently as Consulting City Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has now recommended to the City
Council that the firm of Williams, Hatfield and Stoner, Inc. be
re -appointed as City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the firm of Williams, Hatfield and Stoner, Inc.
is hereby re -appointed as the City Engineer for the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That said engineering firm in its capacity as
City Engineer shall receive the same compensation received while
serving in the capacity of Consulting City Engineers in the schedule
previously approved by action of Council on February 23, 1977, copy
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 3: That the re -appointment made by this Resolution
shall become effective on the First (1st) day of August, 1977.
SECTION 4: That said engineering firm shall serve at the
pleasure of the City -Council in its capacity as City Engineer.
