CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION #R -7, /?3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH
WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY COLONY WEST ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, a Cash Warranty Bond, in the amount of $1,262.50
was posted by Colony West Associates for construction of a median
cut on West McNab Road, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of said
bond, and
WHEREAS, the Council wished to accept the recommendation of
the City Engineer to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Warranty Bond in the amount of
$1,262.50 posted by Colony West Associates for construction of a
median cut on West McNab Road is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of , 1977.
