CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. #R77-13 _7
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH
BOND POSTED BY BERMUDA CLUB SALES CORPORATION
WHEREAS, a Cash Bond in the amount of $2,500.00 was posted
by Bermuda Club Sales Corporation, to guarantee completion of
corrective work, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation of
the City Engineer by releasing said Cash Bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond in the amount of $2,500.00 posted
by Bermuda Club Sales Corporation is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of , 1977.
