CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R --7 7-1_3)10
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SURETY BOND
POSTED BY OOLONY WEST ESTATES.
WHEREAS, a Surety Bond in the amount of $302,940.94 was posted by
Leadership Housing, Inc. as principal, and Insurance Co. of North America,
as surety; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of said bond sub-
ject to certified actual costs being given to the City Manager to determine
if all fees due have been paid and the 257o Warranty Bond for one year being
submitted and this bond will cover proper grading in front of recreation
parcel; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes release of said bond,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a Surety Bond in the amount of $302,940.94 posted
by Leadership Housing, Inc., as principal, and Insurance Co. of North America,
as surety, is hereby released subject to certified actual costs being given
to the City Manager to determine if all fees due have been paid and the 257o
Warranty Bond for one year being submitted and this bond will cover proper
grading in front of recreation parcel.
