CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. #R
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES OF BEER AND WINE
AT FRANK'S RESTAURANT.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a public
hearing, and
WHEREAS, Frank's Restaurant has applied for a special exception
to permit beer and wine consumption on the premises of Frank's
Restaurant, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l:
That the petition for special exception to permit
beer and wine consumption on the premises of Frank's Restaurant
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
