CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 2zJ4
A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE SURETY BOND
POSTED BY INLAND SEALCOATING, INC . , FOR
SUMMIT BANK (BANK OF TAMARAC).
WHEREAS, bond #122-585 in the amount of $4,000.00 was
posted by Inland Sealcoating, Inc.,
tion at Summit Bank, and has been held by the City of Tamarac since
January 20, 1977, and

WHEREAS , the City Engineer has made a final inspection and
recommends to the City Council that the improvements be initially
accepted and bond
#122-585 be reduced to
$800.00,
being
25% of the
certified costs of
the improvements, and
be held
by the
City for
the one (1) year warranty period, in accordance with the terms of
the bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the City
Engineer's recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
- OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That bond
#122-585
in the amount
of
$4,000.00
posted by Inland
Sealcoating,
Inc., as
principal and
The
American
Fire &Casualty Company,
as surety, is
hereby
reduced to the amount
of $800.00, being 25% of
the certified
costs
of the improvements,
for the one (1) year warranty period, in accordance with the terms
of the bond, and the improvements covered thereunder are hereby
initially accepted.
SECTION 2: The one (1) year warranty period referred to
therein shall commence upon the passage of this Resolution.
SECTION 3 : This Resolution . shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage.
