CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO .
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO, 7 7-117 , REVISING CERTAIN
STRUCTURAL, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL
AND VARIOUS OTHER FEE PERMITS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.77-20 authorizes the City Council
to review the schedule of building permit and various other fees
required to be issued prior to initiation of construction,
development or other improvements, and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has recommended to
the City Council that a review of such fees should be made; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommenda-
tion of the Chief Building Official.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION
1:
That the Revised
Permit Fee
Schedule, a
copy of which
is
attached hereto as
"Exhibit A",
amending Resolu-
tion No. R-77-117, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
