CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0. R -/S3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
BOND, POSTED BY MIDLAND ADVISORY COMPANY
OF FLORIDA, INC.
WHEREAS, a bond in the amount of $4,400.00 was posted by
Midland Advisory Company of Florida as principals and Fidelity
and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety; and
WHEREAS the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said bond subject to certain conditions,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to release said
bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the bond in the amount of $4,400.00,
posted by Midland Advisory Company of Florida, as principals
and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety is
hereby released, subject to receipt of a bond in the amount of
$3,445.00, covering beautification improvements at The Greens.
