A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF AN
IMPACT ASSESSMENT FEE PAID BY DENNIS
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
Temp. 834
WHEREAS, a fee for Impact Assessment in the amount of
$230.95 was submitted by Dennis Development Corporation, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a recent ruling of the Court re-
garding impact fee assessments, the City Council is now desirous
of releasing said Impact Assessment fee.
NOW, THERE FORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Impact Assessment fee for Dennis
Development Corporation in the amount of $230.95 is hereby released,
less the $10.'00 application fee, total refund being $220.95.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1977.
