CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NiO --
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR
PIZZA HUT OF TAMARAC.
WMREAS , a plat has been submitted for approval by the City of
Tamarac, and
WBEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac has reviewed
said plat and has made recormndation for approval and adoption and execution
of said plat by the City of Tamarac, and
ff]EREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and has made reconendation
for approval and acceptance of said plat by the City of Tamarac, and
WI R 1 , the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approving said
plat.
NOW, IBEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY IM COUNCIL OF TM CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning Commission
and the City Engineer the plat submitted for approval, the same being:
"PIZZA HUT OF TAMARAC"
be and the same is hereby approved, subject to the paving of the 25 foot alley .
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute said plat.
