CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R'�2
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A "RELEASE AND CANCELLATION
OF COVENANT" FOR PARADISE DE VE LOPE RS ,
INC.
WHEREAS, Paradise developers, Inc. submitted a covenant
(O.R. 6313, pg. 702) restricting certain lands for recreation
purposes for the project known as Golf and Tennis Paradise, and
WHEREAS, the City Council on December 22, 1976 approved a
new site plan, plat and covenant (O.R.
6860. pg.
266)
restricting
the developement, now known as Paradise
Estates,
to 38
single
. family lots, along with submission of cash in lieu of recreation

land, and
WHEREAS, Paradise Developers, Inc. is now requesting the City
Council to release the covenant on the recreation land, and
WHEREAS, the City Council having considered said request,
wishes to release said -covenant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TA ARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City, said "Release and Cancellation of -Co venant"
on the Golf and Tennis Paradise project,
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this o��cLday o 1977.
