No. CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA RESOLUTION NO. ?/- 7 7-- / 6 4 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A CONVALESCENT HOME WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a pub- lic hearing; and WHEREAS, Charles B. Bland has applied for special excep- tion to construct and operate a convalescent home on B-3 proper- ty, being the North portion of Tract 31, Florida Fruit Lands Company Subdivision No. 2 of Section 5, being more particularly described on the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the graphic Exhibit attached hereto as Exhibit "B"; and WHEREAS, 1977, and WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on October 12, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for special exception would be in keeping with the pub- lic health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION l: That the petition for Special Exception to permit the construction and operation of a convalescent home on B-3 property, being the North portion of Tract 31, Florida Fruit Lands Company Subdivision No. 2 of Section 5 (being more particularly described on the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and the graphic Exhibit attached hereto as Exhibit "B") , is hereby approved. SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any) : rl) 30' to be added to the width of�the property 30' to be added to the depth of _ the property , which is to be used for beautification purposes_only_, 2) Beautification plans to be a roved by Beautification Comm. 3) Compliance with all City Ordinances. t . t PASSED, 1977.
