A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR
CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES OF BEER AND WINE AT
Z Z's RESTAURANT
WHEREAS,
the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a pub-
lic hearing; and
WHEREAS, Paul Zick has applied for a special exception
mit the consumption of beer and wine on the premises of
Z Z ' s Restaurant; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held on October 12,
and the public has been given an opportunity to express
views concerning the application for Special Exception;

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: ThAt * the petition for Special Exception to per-
mit the consumption of beer and wine on the premises of Z Z's
Restaurant is hereby approved.
SECTION 2:
Conditions of approval (if any):
