RESOLUTION NO, R 7 7- 17
A RESOLUTION APPOINTINGA MEMBER TO THE UNSAFE
STRUCTURES BOARD WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD
OF SOCIAL PROBLEMS, PROVIDING FOR TERM OF OFFICE
PROVIDING POWERS AND DUTIES AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Unsafe Structures Board for
a citizen with experience in the field of Social Problems; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That �Mr._S) 4ee S-PrInee a citizen with
experience and background in the field of Social Problems, whose

is hereby appointed to the Unsafe Structures Board.
SECTION 2:
The term of office, and the powers -and duties shall be
as provided in Section 202.13 of the South Florida Building Code.
SECTION 3:
This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
