CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0. — 777J 7�
A RESOLUTION ENLARGING THE ADVISORY CODE,STUDY
COMMISSION FROM FIVE TO SEVEN MEMBERS; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac has by Reso-
lution 77-18 created an Advisory Code Study Commission consisting
of five (5) members, and the Council has determined that it would-
be in the best interest of the City to enlarge the said Commission
from five (5) to seven (7) members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the said Advisory Code Study Commission
shall be composed of seven (7) members, consisting of a Chairman
and six (6) other members and that in all other respects the
terms and conditions of Resolution 77-18 shall continue in full
force and effect.
SECTION 2:
The City Council hereby designates the follow-
ing two persons to be additional members of
Study Commission:

This Resolution shall take effect immediately

passage and adoption.
