CITY OF TAMARAC,
RESOLUTION NO.
FLORIDA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH SUB-
DIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY TAMARAC
JEWISH CENTER, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,
the
Tamarac
Jewish Center,. Inc. has
posted
with the
City a $3,000.00
cash bond
covering improvements
for the
completion
of the west half of N . W . 91st Avenue at 57t h Street, and
WHEREAS, the City
has received a
subdivision
improvement bond
executed by Leadership
Housing, Inc.,
as principal
and Insurance
Company of North
America,
as surety,
dated October 17,
1977,
covering the 91st
Avenue
project, and
which has been
approved by the
City Engineer and City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of releasing the
cash bond posted by Tamarac Jewish Center, Inca
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond in the amount of $3,000.00,
posted by Tamarac Jewish Center, Inc. covering completion of the
west half of N. W. 91st Avenue and 57th Street is hereby released,
SECTION 2: This resolution becomes effective upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this W,6- day of 1977.
