CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7 7 -./ 7
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A MAYORAL PROCLAMATION DECLARING THE MONTH
OF NOVEMBER, 19771. AS B' NAI B' RITH MONTH*
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to express its support of
the exemplary goals of the international chapters of B' Nai B' Rith
and B'Nai B'Rith Women, and
WHEREAS, the City Council also desires to recognize the
memberships of both the B'Nai B'-Rith, Tamarac Chapter, and the
B'Nai B'Rith
Women, Tamarac Chapter,
for their efforts
to promote
the B'Nai B'Rith
goals throughout the
City of Tamarac,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to declare November, 1977,
as B'Nai B'Rith Month by authorizing the issuance of a Mayoral
Proclamation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council does hereby authorize the
issuance of a Mayoral Proclamation declaring November, 1977, as
B'Nai B'Rith Month, to honor the international goals and the local
memberships of B'Nai B'Rith and B'Nai B'Rith Women, Tamarac Chapters.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its final passage.
