CITY OF TAMAR.AC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R '/%_ / I/
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of the 2nd .alternate to the Board of
Adjustment expires on September 22, 1977, and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill the position of 2nd
alternate to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1::
FLORIDA:

appointed as the second alternate to the Boar. of Adjustment,
for a term to expire September 22, 1978 .
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
