The movement of emergency vehicles are impeded by the
congestion and limited ingress and egress from the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: -
SFCTTf1N 1
The City Attorney is hereby
authorized and directed to institute a suit in the Circuit
Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward
County,
in the name
of
the City
of Tamarac,
in the exercise
of the
City's Power
of
Eminent
Domain under
the authority
of the Constitution and Laws of Florida including chapters
73, 74 and 127, Florida Statutes, for the purpose of
acquiring the Fee Simple Title to the real property herein-
after described and to do all things, necessary to prosecute
such suit to final judgment,
SECTION 2: The following described property
shall be condemned and Eminent Domain proceedings for the
condemnation shall be instituted by the City Attorney as set
forth herein:
Lot 3, Block 22 Lyons Industrial Park, according
to the -Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 71,
at Page 1, of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida.
and to perform all acts and execute any and all agreements,
instruments or documents as may be necessary therefor and,
further, authorizing the City Attorney to obtain the necessary
appraisals.

That -this Resolution shall be in
full force and effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
