A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR ASPHALT
PAVING OF PUBLIC WORKS COMPOUND AREA . .
the City of Tamarac, Florida has heretofore
advertised for bids for asphalt paving of the public works compound
area, -and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received bids for same and is
desirous of awarding the bid for the asphalt paving of the public
works compound area to the lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THERE FORE , BE I T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of East Coast Asphalt Corporation
in the amount of $1.10 sq. yd. unit price and
5,610 total price,
for asphalt paving of the public works compound area, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby
approved, subject to the City Engineer's review and approval of the
bid, the bidder,
and preparation of the site.
