A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT ON WOODMONT TRACT 51, FROM S'IMON ZUNAMON', AS; TRUSTEE; WHEREAS, Simon Zunamon, as Trustee, has offered to the City of Tamarac, a Grant of Easement, Woodmont Tract 51 for use for .drainage, sanitary sewer, and underground utilities, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interest of the City to accept said Grant of Easement. NOW., THERE FORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Grant of Easement on Woodmont Tract 51 offered by Simon Zunamon , as Tru:-stee , on property known as Parcel No. 1 and Parcel No. 2. description of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit All to be used for installation, repair, maintenance, alteration, and operation of drainage, sanitary sewer and underground utilities facilities is hereby accepted. SECTION 2: The acceptance of this easement shall not be construed to obligate the City with respect to the installation, repair, maintenance, alteration, and operation of the above facilities. SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record said Grant of Easement in the Official Records of Broward County.
