CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF
PERMIT FEES ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION 7 7-185 .
WHEREAS, the Council,
a Schedule of Permit Fees,
by Resolution No.
and
77-185, adopted
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to amend said schedule by
adding thereto a new Section.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Schedule of Permit Fees as adopted
by Resolution No. 77-185, is hereby amended by adding thereto
a new Section G, to read as follows:
"SECTION G: Site Development Plans Submission Fees
Schedule. Each preliminary site development plan shall be
accompanied by an initial administrative review fee, in accordance
to the following schedule:
(a) Residential Development
1-$40.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.
2-$20.00 per acre for any additional acreage,
or $2.00 per dwelling unit, whichever is greater.
(b) Commercial Development
1-$80.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.
2- $ 4 0.0 0 per acre for any additional acreage.
(c) Minimum Review Fees
The minimum review fees for developments submitted pursuant to
Section 4 of Ordinance No. 76-44 shall be as follows:
1-New Developments = $300.00
2-Revisions to approved site development plans = $3100.00*
*Note - For minor physical changes to previously approved site
development plans which the Chief Building Official, City Engineer,
and the Director of Community Development determine do not substan-
tially affect the overall development plans,

(d) Concept Review Fee
For informational purposes, reviewed by Staff and discussed at a
meeting with the Planning Commission - $200.00
(e ) Subsequent Administrative Review Fees
If the initial preliminary site development plan is determined
by the Planning Commission to not be in substantial compliance to
