CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

A RESOLUTION EFFECTING A NAME CHANGE
OF CERTAIN STREETS IN WOODMONT, TRACT
6 4 ; 'P"ROV I D I N G AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac
is desirous of effecting a name change of two streets in
Woodmont, Tract 64, according to the plat thereof, known
as Black Olive Drive, on the east, and Black Olive Drive,
at cul de sac on the west, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to change Black
Olive Drive, on the east, to BLACK OLIVF AVENUE, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to change Black
Olive Drive, at cul de sac on the west, to BLACK OLIVE WAY.
NOW, THEREFORE,
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC:
SECTION 1:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
That Black Olive Drive, on the east,
shall now be known as BLACK OLIVE AVENUE.
SECTION 2: That Black Olive Drive, at cul de sac
on the west, shall now be known as BLACK OLIVE WAY.

This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
