A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IOR A
FIRE STATI CST .
WHEREAS, the City Council deem it in the best interest of the City to
have a f ire station erected in the City, and
�►'VI�REAS, the City Council wishes to engage the services of an architec-
tural f ixm to design a fire station, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the credentials of various
architectural f irms , and
W�iEREAS, the City Manager has been authorized to negotiate and make
recommendation on such architectural firms.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TA W:)AC ,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and
instructed to execute an agreement with James M. Hartley, A . I . A . , subject to
review and approval of such agreement by the City Attorney. .
