CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0. R-77-20
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE
SIGN ORDINANCE REQUEBY WMDMONT
DEVELCPNENr COMPANY FOR THE DESIGN OF
(3) DIRECTIONAL SIGNS TO BE LOCATED AT N.W.
80th AVENUE AND N.W. 78th STREET, N.W. 75th
STREET AND N.W. 82nd STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved a sign waiver request
for the location of three (3) directional signs by Resolution ##76-174, and
WHEREAS, Woodmont Development Company is now requesting a waiver to
the Sign Ordinance for the desiLm of said directional signs, and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee has reviewed said waiver request
and made recommendation thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said waiver.
NOW, TFIEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested
by Woodirbnt Development Company for the design of three (3) directional signs.
located at N.W. 80th Avenue and N.W. 78th Street, N.W. 75th Street and N.W.
82nd Street, a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit •A" , is hereby
approved .
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval.
SETBACKS
1�) .The ten foot setback shall be adhered to.
2) Ground lighting shall be permitted.
3) Signs
shall otherwise be
