CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION No. 21-72- 2,06
A RESOLUTION EFFECTING A NAME CHANGE
OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE WOODLANDS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac has
previously approved by motion the name change of two streets in
the Woodlands,
WHEREAS,
and
the City Council is desirous of formally making
such name change by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:: That East Cabbage Palm Circle shall now be
known as East Palm Circle.
SECTION 2: That West Cabbage Palm Circle shall now be
known as West Palm Circle.
SECTION 3 : This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
