CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R -9 0
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY VIKING GENERAL CORPORATION
WHEREAS, a, subdivision improvement warranty bond in the amount
of $6,212.50 was posted by Viking General Corporation as principal
and American Fidelty Fire Insurance Co., as surety, and
WHEREAS, the warranty period has expired and the City Engineer
has made a final inspection of the
release of said bond, and
improvements and has recommended
WHEREAS, during the warranty period there has been an assignment
by deed of its rights, title and interest by Viking General Corp.
in the
subject
property
and its
development project to Sunshine
State
Advisors,
Inc. as
Nominee
of ATICO Mortgage Investors, and
WHEREAS, ATICO
Mortgage
Investors has
requested
the warranty
bond be released to
Sunshine
State Advisors,
Inc. as
Nominee, and
the City Attorney has reviewed the assignment documents and has
found them to be sufficient and appropriate evidence to grant the
request of ATICO Mortgage Investors, and
WHEREAS, the
City
Council desires to
follow
the respective
recommendations of
the
City Engineer and
the City
Attorney and to
release the subject warranty bond to Sunshine State Advisors, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement warranty bond
in the amount
of
$6 , 212. 50
posted
by Viking General Corporation
as principal
and
American
Fidelity
Fire Insurance Company, as
surety,is
hereby
released
to Sunshine State Advisors,
Inc. as
Nominee
of
ATICO
Mortgage
Investors and to whom Viking
General
Corporation has deeded its rights, title and interest in this
property and its development project.
