CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. #R 7 L Qs�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A PERFORMANCE
BOND AND A CASH BID BOND POSTED BY BEELINE
ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF TWO FIRE HYDRANTS AT TAMARAC LAKES #1 & 2, AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR THE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Beeline Engineering and Construction posted a per-
formance bond and a cash bid bond in the amounts of $2,890.00 and
$144.50, respectively, for the installation of two fire hydrants
in Tamarac Lakes #1 & 2, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection of this
project and has found that the work complies with all the require-
ments of the City, and
WHEREAS,
the City
Council
is
now desirous
of authorizing
payment in the
amount of
$2,890.00
and releasing
the referenced
bonds to Beeline Engineering and Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City .Manager is hereby authorized to
issue payment to Beeline Engineering and Construction in the amount
of $2,890.00 for installation of two fire hydrants at Tamarac
Lakes #1 & 2.
SECTION 2: That the performance bond and the cash bid bond
in the amounts of $2,890.00 and $144.50, respectively, posted by
Beeline
Engineering
and Construction for the
project
are hereby released.
