APPROVAL OF A SIGN WAIVER REQUEST FOR

REAS, the City Council did previously approve a request
for a sign wiaver on January 19, 1977, by motion, for the Village
Hairstylist, Incorporated, and
WHEREAS,, the City Council wishes to conf irm said approval
by Resolution.
