CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0.I&--
A RESOLUTION RELEASING BOND POSTED BY
TAMARAC UTILITIES, INCORPORATED CDVERING
CEO S .
f , a bond in the amount of $18,125.00 was posted by Tamarac
Utilities, Inc., as principal and Argonaut Insurance Company of California,
as surety covering off -site drainage facility, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made a final inspection and recommends
to the City Council that the improvements be accepted and the bond released,
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THERE -FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bond in the amount of $18,125.00 posted by
Tamarac Utilities, Inc., as principal and Argonaut Insurance Company of
California, as surety is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
