CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-1
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED BY SHOCK ELECTRIC,
INC. FOR WORK PERFORMED AT THE CITY PUBLIC
WORKS BUILDING.
WHEREAS, a cash performance bond in the amount of $2, 500.00
was posted by Shock Electric, Inc. for work performed at the
City Public Works Building, and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has made final
inspection of this project and has found that the Work complies
with all the requirements of the City and recommends to the
City Council that the bond .be released, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of releasil.ng

said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a cash performance bond in the amount
of $2,500.00 posted by Shock Electric, Inc. covering work
performed at the City's new Public Works Building is' hereby
released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this q44--%day of 1977
