CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. P-1-1- 3
A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE PASSAGE OF HOUSE
BILL NO, 70, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF
GOLF CARTS; AND PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL
RECOMMENDATIONS BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS,. Florida State House of Representatives has proposed
legislation regulating the use of golf carts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it desirable to endorse this
proposed legislation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac hereby
endorses proposed House Bill No. 70 and encourages the passage thereof.
SECTION 2: Recommendations to House Bill No. 70 proposed and
endorsed by the City Council are as follows:

SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to send
copies of this Resolution to the Broward County Legislative
Delegation, the Florida League of Cities and the Broward League
of Cities.
