CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLLTrION NO.6 -1 "1 -33
A RESOLUTION RELEASING BOND POSTED BY
TANAARAC UTILITIES, INCDRPORATED ODVERING
CRDUND STORAGE TANK.
WHEREAS, a bond in the aimunt of $193,750.00 was posted by Tamarac
Utilities, Inc., as principal and Argonaut Insurance Company of California,
as surety covering a ground storage tank located at Grant' s Plaza, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made a final inspection and recommends
to the City Council that the improvements be accepted and the bond released,
and,
WIEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CDUNCIL OF IM CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the bond in the amount of $193,750.00 posted by
Tamarac Utilities , Inc. , as principal and Argonaut Insurance Company of California,
as surety is hereby released, subject to a determination to be made
City_ Engineer, City Attorney, and vice_ -Mayor, concerning fees
may be due from the -_ principal in the - amo_unt o f $4-62.4-8.
