A RESOLUTION RELEASING A SUB -DIVISION IMPROVEMENT
BC ND POSTED BY LEACERSHIP HOUSING, INC. AND TAMARAC
UTILITIES, , INC. COVERING "TIE VI.LIACE',' (SPYGLASS
a Subdivision Improvement Bond in the amount of $273,077.50
Was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc. and Tamarac Utilities, Inc., as
principal and Highlands Insurance Company of Terms as Surety, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection on said project and
recomnends release of said bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council Wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEML , BE IT RESOLVED BY IM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLDRIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Subdivision Improvement Bond in the amunt of
$273,077.50 posted by Leadership Housing, Inc. and Tamaxac Utilities, Inc.,
as principals and Highlands Insurance Company, as surety is hereby released.
SECTION 2 : Conditions of Approval:
This release is subject to reduction of the existing bond or the posting of a
substitute bond satisf
to the City At
in the amount of $100,000.00
and that the $100,000 bond will be reviewed at the next regular meeting.
