CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. - -
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY MIDLAND ADVISORY CO.
OF FLORIDA, INC. FOR THE GREENS PROJECT
WHEREAS, a subdivision improvement bond in the amount of
$184,160.00 was posted by Midland Advisory Co. of Florida, as
principal; and Fidelity and Deposit Company -of Maryland, as
surety; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends to the City Council that the bond covering the Greens
be released; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The. subdivision improvement bond in the amount
of $184,160.00
posted by
Midland Advisory Co.
of Florida, as
principal; and
Fidelity
and Deposit Company of
Maryland, as
surety, is hereby released.
SECTION 2 :
Conditions: 1)
Submission of a
bond in appropriate
form, approved by
the City Attorney,
in the amount of
$4,40 0.00 to cover additional
parking at recreation center; and 2) installation of sidewalk from parking area
o recreation aci i des is required.
