A RESOLUTION VACATING A 20-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT, LYING IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP
49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA
WHEREAS, there presently exists a certain 20-foot
utility easement, being legally described as follows:
A portion of Tract "K", of LAND SECTION 4
GOLF COURSE PLAT, as recorded in Plat Book
88, at page 20, of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida, lying in Section
4, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner.of said
Section 4; thence S 0001211611E, a distance
of 3855.15 feet; thence N 87027' 29"W, a
distance of 2465.40 feet to a point on the
Westerly Right -of -Way line of Northwest
80th Avenue, as recorded in Official Records
Book 6450, at page 688, of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, said
point being further described as being on
a Southerly boundary of said Tract 11K" ;
thence continue N 8702712911W9 along the
Southerly boundary of said Tract "K" , a
distance of 20.96 feet to the Point of
Beginning of this description; thence
continue N 8702712911W, a distance of 429.04
feet; thence N 15034' 55"W, a distance of
21.04 feet; thence S 87027' 29"E, a distance
of 441.94. feet to a point on the arc of a
circular curve eto the left, whose radius
point bears S 69032' 04"E, from the last
described point; thence Southerly and
Westerly, along the arc -of said curve,
having a radius of 1970.00 feet, an arc
distance of 20.98 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Said lands situate., lying and being in
Broward County, Florida.

WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to vacate
the said utility easement; and
WHEREAS, those utility companies, having an interest in

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 20-foot utility
