WHEREAS, the City Council has previously released the bid bond
in amount of $2,830.01 posted by Port Everglades Steel Corp. by motion,
on March 1, 1977, and
, City Council wishes to confirm said release of bid
bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTICK 1: That the bid bond in the amount of $2,830.01,
posted by Port Everglades Steel Corp. for construction of the City
Public Works Building, is hereby confirmed for release.
PAS ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1977
