RESOLUTION NO. #R 77-57
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR A
FIRE STATION
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has heretofore advertised
for bids for a Fire Station, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received bids for same and
is desirous of awarding the Bid for a Fire Station to the lowest
and best bidder.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the Bid of GLENWOOD BUILDERS*, INC.,, in the
amount of $265,157.00, which consists of the base bid and deductive
alternates 1 thru 11, for a Fire Station, a copy of which is
att ached hereto and made part hereof by reference, is hereby approved.

The Bidder understands that the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities
in the bidding,
The Bidder agrees that this bid shall be valid and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after, the
scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
Upon receipt of written notice of the acceptance of this bid, the Bidder will execute the formal contract attached
within 10 days and deliver a Surety Bond or Bonds as requiired by Paragraph 29 of the General Conditions.
