A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL
TO APPOINT TWO ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO
THE BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

and
WHEREAS, City
Council is
desirous
of appointing two alternate
members to the Board of Consumer Affairs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That Irving Lopatey is hereby appointed an alternate
member of the Board of Consumer Affairs to fill an unexpired term
to May 11, 1977.
SECTION 2: That 'Chuck 'Levinson is hereby appointed an alternate
member of the Board of Consumer Affairs to fill an unexpired term to
May 11, 1977.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
