A RESOLUrICK APPOINTING AND ALTEWATE
MENDERS TO IM PLANTING COMMISSICN AND ESTAB-
LISHING TERNS OF OFFICE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 28
OF THE CODE AS AMDED BY ORDINANCE 76-87; AND
PROVIDING AN KEFECTIVE DATE.
, Chapter 24 of the City Code, as amended by Ordinance 76-87 ,
created a Planning Commission and provided that terms of office of Planning
Commissioners -shall expire on April 15th of the appropriate year, and
WIMAS, Ordinance 76r87 provided that not more than five (5) alternate
members to the Planning Commission shall be appointed by Council to serve
for one (1) year terms, expiring April 15th, and
WHEREAS, Council desires to implement the provisions of Ordinance 76-87
by appointing members and alternate members to the Planning Commission in
compliance with the teams of said ordinance.
NC IWV TBEREFOIRE , BE IT RESOLVED BY IM CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby appointed as members
of the Planning Commission to serve for a term of one (1) year, expiring
April 15, 1978:
SECTION 2: That the following persons are hereby appointed as members
of the Planning Comission to serve for a term of two (2) yeaxs, expiring
April 15, 1979 :

SECTION 3: That the following persons are hereby appointed as alternate
members of the Planning Caunission to serve for a term of one (1) year, expiring
April 15, 1978:
SECTION 4: That this Resolution and the appointments made herein shall
become of f ect ive on April 15, 19770
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of J 1977.
